At InterMobile Containers, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for handling returns and issuing refunds for shipping containers, modified containers, and cargo enclosed trailers.
Return Eligibility
Standard Products
Returns are accepted for standard shipping containers, modified containers, and cargo enclosed trailers under the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Custom Orders
Custom orders, including specially modified containers and trailers, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with custom orders.
Return Process
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@intermobilecontainers.com or +1 (609) 435-3091. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Shipping Your Return
Once you receive your RMA number, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. The return shipping address and further instructions will be provided with the RMA number. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Inspection Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Issuance
If the returned item(s) pass inspection, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders
Custom orders, including specially modified containers and trailers, are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Resolution
